Several people have been reported injured in an auto crash that involved a truck, Bus, Car and three Tricycles on Oworonshoki bridge, Monday evening.
Oluwafemi Oke-Osanyintolu, the General Manager, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), confirmed this while speaking to our correspondent in a telephone conversation in Lagos.
He said, an accident occurred on Oworonshoki Bridge on Monday evening that involved a Truck, a commercial Bus, a private car and three Tricycles where several people injured but no one died.
He added that the LASEMA response unit is working on recovering the affected vehicles from the scene of the accident to ease other road users trips.
The LASEMA General Manager said that the relevant government agencies would conduct proper investigation into the cause of the accident.
Osanyintolu advised motorists to always reduce their speed while driving.
He also advised them to always adhere to all traffic rules and regulation while driving to avoid accidents.
