Breaking: Police Raid Kidnappers’ Hideout In FCT, Free 14 Hostages

In an ongoing effort to combat kidnapping in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), the anti-kidnapping unit and the Rubochi Division Police Headquarters successfully rescued 14 hostages following a confrontation. The operation took place on the evening of Thursday, January 24th, within a forest located in a border community between Abuja and Nasarawa state.

SP Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for FCT Police, confirmed the rescue, stating, “The combined team, acting on credible intelligence, stormed the kidnapper’s den located at Ukya village via Nasarawa state bordering FCT.
