Trump Promises Largest Deportation In History If Re-elected

A former US president, Donald Trump, has said that if re-elected, his administration would work hand in hand with the Governor of Texas, Abbott, and other border states to stop the invasion of illegal immigrants, seal the border, and rapidly begin the largest domestic deportation operation in history.

According to him, those President Joe Biden has let into the country should not get comfortable because they will be going home.

Trump made this known in a statement he shared on his Facebook page on Friday.

He is currently running to become the US president for the second time against Biden and other political rivals.

Trump claimed that Biden is aiding millions of illegal migrants into the country.

He further claimed that Biden is fighting to tie the hands of Governor Abbott and the State of Texas so that the Invasion of illegal migrants will continue to be unchecked.

The former president noted that in the face of this National Security, Public Safety, and Public Health Catastrophe, Texas has rightly invoked the Invasion Clause of the Constitution and must be given full support to repel the Invasion.

Trump’s statement read, “When I became President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbott and other border states to stop the imvasion, seal the border, and rapidly begin the largest domestic deportation operation in history. Those Biden has let in should not get comfortable because they will be going home.

“When I was President, we had the most secure border in history. Joe Biden has surrendered our border and is aiding and abetting a massive invasion of millions of illegal migrants into the United States.

“We encourage all willing states to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of illegals, and to remove them back across the border.

“All Americans should support the commonsense measures by Texas authorities to protect the safety, security, and sovereignty of Texas, and of the American people.”

As president, Trump ordered a travel ban on citizens from several Muslim-majority countries, diverted military funding toward building a wall on the U.S.–Mexico border, and implemented a policy of family separations for migrants detained at the U.S. border.

Trump is the only American president to have been impeached twice.

He was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress and was acquitted by the Senate in February 2020.

The House impeached him again in January 2021, for incitement of insurrection, and the Senate acquitted him in February.
