Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has reaffirmed that forming of a Coalition of Political Parties against President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election can never be materialized.
Chief Adelabu who is a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, hinted that, with President Tinubu’s giant strides in education, health, economy and other critical sectors like infrastructure and maritime, the President is focused, unshakable and confident of APC’s return to power in 2027
Chief Adebayo Adelabu highlighted what he described as “remarkable achievements” of the President Tinubu administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda, insisting that the ruling party is still the most formidable political force in Oyo state and the Country at large.
According to him, the Ministry of Power under his leadership has recorded outstanding progress within a short period, particularly in strengthening the national grid, improving electricity distribution, and expanding access to underserved communities.
He said more groundbreaking projects were already on course and Nigerians would begin to feel the impact in the coming months.
Chief Adelabu charged APC members in the state not to be discouraged by recent setbacks, stressing that the ruling party remained vibrant, cohesive, and strategically positioned ahead of 2027.
He said the landslide victory recorded in 2023 will be repeated as the leadership of the APC in Oyo and all stakeholders across board will soon embark on a mobilization to take the Renewed Hope message across the State and assured better things are coming with President Bola Tinubu in charge of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, who hinted about his 2027 political ambition, reassured supporters that he would continue to work tirelessly for the growth of the party and the progress of the nation.
Applauding the commitment expressed by the minister, Team Adelabu in the Diaspora, a coalition of professionals and stakeholders committed to strengthening progressive ideals and deepening democratic engagement in support of Chief Adelabu’s ministerial achievements reaffirmed their confidence to his leadership.
They emphasized that his openness, and commitment to service continue to inspire confidence among citizens both at home and abroad.
