When Radio Nigeria visited the Secretariat, workers were seen gathering for a Congress to be presided over by the executive of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC and Trade Union Congress, TUC.
The entrances to the government Secretariat were left open as against last week when the they were barricaded.
While offices were opened with no sign of any government activity as workers deserted the offices to attend the Congress.
Some workers who spoke with Radio Nigeria expressed dissatisfaction with the Governor Makinde’s broadcast on Saturday which failed to address most of their demands.
Workers under the agies of NLC and TUC have begun protests last week to demand face to face meeting with Governor Seyi Makinde to table their demands.
