Dr Audu Micheal Jimoh of the department of Guidance and Counselling, University of Ibadan is dead.

According to a source within the University community, Dr Jimoh died in his office on Tuesday morning.

I-NEWS gathered that the University lecturer was rushed to the University Health centre but he was confirmed dead by the medical personnel who attended to him.

As as the time of filling in this report, the cause of his death was not known.

All efforts to get the reaction of the University Authorities proved abortive.

Available record shows that Dr Jimoh joined the University community in September, 2005.

It would be recalled that four months ago, Professor Opeyemi Ajewole was killed by unidentified gunmen.
