Two Lagos State University (LASU) students found themselves wounded by stray bullets.

The yet-be-identified students were involved in an incident that occurred outside the university campus on Monday evening, within the bustling student residential area known as PPL.

While details remain unconfirmed, it was reported that the students set out to procure food when they were unexpectedly struck by the stray bullets.

An individual, identified as X, shared distressing images of the injured students, urging fellow LASU students to remain indoors and avoid venturing out.

According to X, the victims were promptly rushed to Igando General Hospital for urgent medical attention.

Meanwhile, the Dean of Students Affairs is yet to comment on the incident as calls/text messages to his phone by our correspondent were unatttended to as at time of filing in this report.
