The Aliiwo Royal Family of the immediate past Olubadan of Ibadanland , Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun has felicitated with Oba Owolabi Olakulehin on his coronation as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.

In a statement in Ibadan by a UK-based solicitor, Prince Kamal Giwa, on behalf of Aliiwo Royal family, he expressed the family’s warm congratulations to the new monarch and wished him a long and peaceful reign.

Prince Giwa was optimistic that the new imperial majesty would continue the growth and development initiatives begun by his predecessor, Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun.

He assured the new Olubadan of the Aliiwo family’s support, noting that the family with a rich history of producing two Olubadans would always be ready to contribute for the progress of the ancient city..

The Prince commended the new monarch’s historic visit to the Aliiwo family following the passage of Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun, calling it a positive omen for the development of Ibadanland.
