The Political Awareness Group (PAG) under the leadership of Lukman T Fasasi (PhD) congratulates Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land, Edo, and Delta States, Alhaji Daud Makanjuola Akinola and his wife, Alhaja Maryam Olubukola Akinola on their installations as Aare and Yeye Aare of Ibadanland respectively, holding officially today at the palace of His imperial majesty Oba Mahood Lekan Balogun.

The socio-political group felicitates with them and urges them to note that beside being supporting pillars for the Ummah of six South West States and two states from South-South, the entire Ibadan Land is now looking up to them as leaders, and they are therefore expected to continue to exemplify the best in their deeds as they had been known for, and now surpass expectations.

While praying for the Aare and the Yeye Aare of Ibadanland, the chairman of the Group, Dr. Lukman T Fasasi, beseeches Allaah to continue to grant them abundant wealth with sound health, and wisdom in the discharge of their traditional duties and carry on with other activities of life without hitch, and be the pride of the Muslims.

As expected, Ibadan land will be in a celebration mood today 4th March 2024, as people of timbre and calibree will throng the palace of the Olubadan of Ibadanland today to witness the installation of Alhaji Daud Makanjuola Akinola, and his wife, Alhaja Maryam Olubukola Akinola as Aare and Yeye Aare of Ibadanland respectively.

PAG therefore says, “Oye a mo ri o”.
